A delightful Victorian statement ring with natural bright blueberry sapphires and mesmerizing rose cut diamonds for one lucky collector! Don't miss this entirely tested and guaranteed 18k yellow gold navette cocktail ring from the late 19th century! The marquise-shaped central mounting measures 19.72 x 10.02 mm and is bead-set with one cushion mixed cut and two oval-cushion mixed cut sapphires surrounded by 16 glittering rose cut diamonds, at the center of a half-round shank with scrolled shoulders measuring from 1.53 to 6.00 mm in width. The largest natural cushion cut sapphire measures approximately 5.98 x 5.02 x 2.21 mm, and weighs approximately 0.59 carats. The two mixed natural cushion-oval cut sapphires measure approximately 4.05 x 3.49 mm and 4.39 x 3.48 mm, and weigh approximately 0.26 and 0.28 carats each, for a combined sapphire weight in this ring of 1.13 carats . The chunky rose cut diamonds are SI1-SI2 in clarity, G-I in color, measure from approximately 1.70 to 2.60 mm in diameter, weigh from approximately 0.005 to 0.03 carats each, and have an approximate total weight of 0.21 carats. Approximate total gem weight: 1.34 carats. The ring weighs 3.8 grams, is unmarked (common for antique rings) and is currently a finger size 7.
